LT and HT panels
LT and HT panel testing, servicing and upgrades
Your panels carry every unit of power in the plant. Loose busbar joints, worn breakers and dusty compartments are the most common causes of panel fires and sudden shutdowns. Our engineers inspect, test and service LT and HT panels, and upgrade them where needed.
We also supply and install new panels, including PCC, MCC, APFC and distribution boards.

Questions
Do you work on both LT and HT panels?
Yes. We service LT panels such as PCC, MCC and distribution boards, and HT panels with VCBs up to 33 kV.
Can you service a panel without a full plant shutdown?
Often yes. We can work feeder by feeder, and thermography can be done with the panel running.
Do you make new panels?
Yes. We supply, install and commission new LT panels built to your load and single-line diagram.
How often should panels be serviced?
Once a year in a clean room, and every 6 months in dusty or humid areas.
