What the Health Card tells you
Most plants discover a weak transformer, a slow breaker or a power factor penalty after it has cost them a shutdown or a high bill. The Health Card finds it first.

Seven things we check, in about 60 to 90 minutes on site
- Transformer health: loading, temperature, insulation resistance and general condition
- Transformer oil (BDV): dielectric strength. A low reading is a fault waiting to happen.
- VCB and ACB breakers: contact resistance and operating time. Will it trip in time?
- Protection relays: settings and the date of the last test. An untested relay is no protection.
- Thermography: an infrared scan of panels and joints to catch hot spots early
- Earthing and lightning protection: earth resistance, and whether the earth is actually connected to the system it is meant to protect
- Power factor and energy: the penalty and the waste that are inflating your bill
What you walk away with
- Risk, in rupees: what an unplanned failure of a Red-rated asset could cost in downtime and damage, as an indicative figure
