Find hot spots before they turn into breakdowns
A loose joint or an overloaded breaker gets hot long before it fails. A thermal camera shows these hot spots while your system is running, with no shutdown. Our engineers scan your panels, busbars, cables and transformers and give you a report with a thermal photo of every problem.
Thermography is one of the cheapest ways to prevent a fire or an unplanned shutdown.

Questions
Do you need to shut down the power for thermography?
No. The scan is done while the system runs on normal load. Panel covers may need to be opened by your electrician under safe conditions.
How often should thermography be done?
Once a year for most sites, and every 6 months for critical plants such as hospitals and process industry.
Will I get a report?
Yes. Every hot spot is listed with a thermal photo, a normal photo, the temperature rise and the action we recommend.
Can you fix the problems you find?
Yes. Our team can tighten, replace or repair the faulty parts during a planned shutdown.
