We complete the work on site wherever access allows. Equipment comes to our workshop only when it needs a full strip-down.
What you get
A report with test values before and after the repair, which shows the equipment is fit to re-energise: insulation resistance on transformers, contact resistance and open and close timing on breakers. Dissolved gas analysis of the oil is done through a partner laboratory where it is needed.
Questions
Does the equipment have to be sent to your workshop? In most cases no. Leak repairs, bushing replacement, tap changer servicing and breaker overhauls are done on site.
How do I know the repair is sound? Testing after the repair is part of every job. We hand the equipment back only when the readings are within the acceptance limits.
