What the partnership is
EcoXpert is Schneider Electric’s programme for partners it has trained and audited. As part of the programme, Schneider’s team has assessed our quality and safety practice, audited our tools and protective equipment at our Lucknow office, and trained our engineers on its low-voltage equipment.
We started in 2016 with a small team and many late-night breakdown calls, so we are proud of this. But a certificate matters only if it makes your plant safer and your day easier. Here is what changes for you.
What changes for your facility
Genuine parts with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every breaker, trip unit and spare comes through the official Schneider channel.
Trained engineers. The people on your site have been trained by the manufacturer on the equipment they are servicing.
Retrofit instead of replace. A current breaker can usually be fitted into your existing panel. You keep the panel, the busbars and the cabling, and the shutdown is far shorter than for a new panel.
A direct line to Schneider. When a problem needs the manufacturer, we escalate it to Schneider’s technical team.
The old panel does not have to be ripped out
This is the part most plant managers do not know. When an old ACB fails and spares are gone, the usual quotation is for a complete new panel. In most cases that is not needed. The panel body, the busbars and the cable terminations are often sound. Only the breaker is obsolete.
A retrofit replaces the breaker and keeps the rest. We do this for old breakers of any make, replacing them with current Schneider units.
