HT and LT cable laying, tray work, jointing and terminations up to 33 kV, tested before handover.

What we do
- HT and LT cable laying up to 33 kV, in trench, duct and tray
- Cable tray and trunking supply and erection
- Straight-through joints and end terminations with heat-shrink and cold-shrink kits
- Indoor and outdoor terminations, glanding and lugging
- Hipot and insulation resistance testing of every run
- Route marking and as-built records
Why the joint matters most
A badly made termination is the most common cause of HT cable failure. Each joint and termination is made by a trained jointer who follows the kit manufacturer’s procedure, with the correct glands and lugs. Work follows IS 7098 and IS 1255.
What you get
The cable laid, jointed and terminated, then insulation-resistance tested and hipot tested before handover. You receive the test readings, the joint records and a route-marked as-built drawing.
Questions
Is every cable run tested before handover? Yes. Each run is insulation-resistance tested and hipot tested, and the readings are in your handover file.
If a cable fails later, can you find the fault? Yes. See our cable fault locating service.
